Zandelisib (ME-401) is an investigational oral phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K) delta inhibitor. Zandelisib exhibits high selectivity for PI3Kδ isoforms and has different pharmacological properties from other PI3Kδ inhibitors, which has the potential to be a best-in-class PI3Kδ inhibitor.
